| This e-store offers geniune replacement parts for EZ Loader Custom Boat Trailers. Each Custom Trailer is built specifically for your boat and to ensure you receive the correct parts we will need your VIN number from your trailer or paperwork. The VIN number for these trailers begins with 1L8 or 1DH.

If your VIN number begins with begins with 1ZE, these parts are available at EZ Loader Adjustable Parts Store.
Please verify your VIN number before ordering parts as most custom parts are not compatible with adjustable parts. |
| Parts Department Hours |
You can order parts from THE EZ Loader Parts Department Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Central Standard Time and Friday 8 AM to 11 AM. Parts orders received after 12PM on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Manufactured parts may take take up to two weeks before shipping.

All EZ Loader Custom Boat Trailer Parts are shipped from Midway Arkansas via UPS. Due to the many unusual weight vs. dimension ratios on trailer parts, the shipping costs need to be calculated manually for each order. Shipping charges will be added to the dollar total shown on your order. If you would like to be notified of the shipping charges BEFORE your credit card is charged, please specify this in the "special instructions" section during the checkout process. Because of time constraints we cannot always notify you of freight charges before shipping of UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air services. Please be very cautious of these Overnight and 2nd Day charges.
All orders placed on Monday through Thursday after 12:00pm central time will not ship until the next business day.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the correct part is ordered. In order to receive a refund for any parts order it is the customers responsibility to return the part and a refund will be given for the cost of only the part provided it is in new working condition. Shipping charges will still apply.

| The EZ Loader e-store will only ship parts inside the 48 contiguous United States. If you are outside the 48 contiguous United States and please call 1-800-553-7855 and order your parts directly so that an accurate shipping cost can be given. Part orders outside the United States will require the buyer to pay for cross-border duties and taxes. These charges are not collected by EZ Loader. |
